This contrasting colour-based set contains all the material needed to make 1 string art (pin and thread) picture, 1 vial of coloured sand, 2 Brazilian bracelets, 2 self-adhesive coloured sand pictures, and decorate 1 pebble and 1 pencil case. The complete set will satisfy all crafters in the making! The Clever Box can be used as a frame for one of the marvellous creations! This set contains the following elements: 2 self-adhesive boards, 8 skeins of cotton thread, 1 foam board, 80 plastic nails, 1 pebble, 1 pencil case, 4 tubes of 3D paint, 1 vial, 6 sticks of chalk and 200g of fine salt for making your own coloured sand. An instruction guide is included in the set to help guide children through the activities, whilst leaving room for their creativity. It develops fine motor skills and concentration. It takes between 20 minutes and 3 hours depending on the activity. This very easy technique allows children from 8 years of age to create beautiful pictures using different coloured threads that are stretched from nail to nail by following the instruction booklet provided. This creative activity from the Les Ateliers Déco range allows you to obtain 2 pretty pictures in relief and of different sizes, developing care and dexterity in young creators. With a little patience and concentration, 2 magnificent animal heads will emerge, a majestic tiger and a flamboyant parrot! The coloured nails are placed as indicated on the foam boards and then the correct pieces of string (7 different colours) are threaded through the dedicated areas. The vivid colours of the patterns make a lovely effect! It will take about 3 hours to make each of the two pictures.
